Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

All deliveries are subject to the delivery cost quoted at checkout

PALOMA STUDIO LIMITED insures all purchases during time in transit until delivered and signed for.

 

SHIPPING FEES

As a small business, we want to be transparent and let you know that we charge for delivery and non-UK returns rather than adding these costs to our prices. Our delivery charges do not make money. 

For UK orders standard shipping is free. We use Royal Mail and aim for 3-5 days delivery.

For UK, express shipping is charged at £5. We use Royal Mail and aim for 1-2 working days delivery. 

For most EU countries there is a £15 / €18.95 EUR shipping charge, these charges are for delivery only, therefore all EU customers will be responsible for any import duties, charges and local taxes. We aim for 3-7 working days for delivery.

For the USA there is a £15 flat rate shipping charge.Under the new tariff rules as of 1st September 2025 there will be duties to pay on all international shipments. These duties may vary depending on your state and the shipping carrier we use. Please email us for any questions on specific shipping - jessica@thepalomashirt.com

For Australia and New Zealand there is a £40 flat rate shipping charge. Customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes. We aim for 3-7 working days for delivery.

SHIPPING TIMES

Please note Paloma cannot guarantee delivery dates which are dependent on our chosen courier service. If your delivery is delayed and you want to discuss this please do get in touch jessica@thepalomashirt.com

If you have chosen a product with an extended delivery time this will be clearly noted on the product page, and once you have placed the order we will follow up with an email to confirm the extended delivery estimation.

 

SHIPPING STATUS

As soon as your order is dispatched we will send you an email with your tracking information. If there are any issues with your order not arriving within the time frame please email jessica@thepalomashirt.com with your Order Number so we can help locate your parcel.
