Sizing
Every Paloma shirt is designed to be an oversize fit with drop shoulders.
For a more fitted look, please order a size down and an for exaggerated oversized look we suggest sizing up one size.
If you cannot see your preferred size on our website please contact us jessica@thepalomashirt.com. We are a new brand and will be expanding our size range soon.
We recommend using the below directions for body measurements when comparing Paloma shirt sizing:
Chest - Measure at the fullest part of your chest, underarm point to underarm point
Shoulder Across - Place the tape at the tip of shoulder measure across to the other.
Centre Back Length - Measure centre back neck, vertically down to centre back hem.
Sleeve Length - Place the tape at the tip of your shoulder and measure straight across your arm to to cuff.
Hem Width - Place the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips.

ORDERS & shipping
Please email us at jessica@thepalomashirt.com as soon as you notice a mistake and we will do our best to amend your order. We aim to ship all orders next day delivery so this may not always be possible.
Please email us at jessica@thepalomashirt.com as soon as you notice any incorrect details and we will do our best to amend.
If your address is incorrect and your order has already been shipped you will be charged for redirection of shipping.
If you no longer want your Paloma order, email as as soon as possible jessica@thepalomashirt.com and we will cancel.
Please note; If your order has already been shipped there will be a charge for redelivery back to Paloma.
We want your purchase to arrive in perfect condition. If for some reason you have received a faulty item please email us (with a photo of the fault) at jessica@thepalomashirt.com. We will replace the item if the stock is available or refund you upon return.
At Paloma we use a range of courier sercices to ship our orders. We opt for the most cost effective and lowest carbon footprint option available. If you have a preferred courier service or prefer to collect your order in person, please email jessica@thepalomashirt.com
Unfortuately we currently only ship within the UK however international shipping is coming soon.
If you would like to make an order with international shipping now - please email jessica@thepalomashirt.com and we will process your order manually.
Please note: we cannot accept international returns or exchanges at this time.
Returns & Refunds
For any returns, please email jessica@thepalomashirt.com within 30 days of order and we will arrange a refund for you. All packaging must be intact and included. Please ensure the seal remains unbroken on the tag.
Once your return is received and processed, a full refund will be credited to your original method of payment minus original shipping charges. Please allow up to 2-4 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalised.
If you would like to exchange an item for an alternative size please email us at jessica@thepalomashirt.com and we will check current stock to confirm whether this is possible.
If you have received an item you did not order, please email us with your order number at jessica@thepalomashirt.com so that we can resolve this for you.
