In a world of fast fashion and endless collections, I set out to create something meaningful and lasting that challenges a new kind of luxury.
Driven by an obsession with finding a good white shirt that can make me feel instantly confident and always put together by simply putting it on, Paloma proves one thoughtfully designed piece can be the centre of your wardrobe so you always have something to wear.
After a five year journey of testing fabrics and finishes, meeting shirting specialists who share our commitment to sustainability and gathering as much real customer feedback as possible, The Paloma Shirt was born.
My relentless pursuit for perfection will forever continue. This means every inch of the Paloma shirt is intentional (you will notice buttons unevenly spaced to create the perfect buttoned-down neckline and unusually deep cuffs meticulously measured to create the perfect turn up, roll or flared sleeve). My promise is to continue to listen to the women who wear Paloma and evolve the shirt as we go.

We spent many years testing fabrics and textile washes to find the perfect choice for The Paloma Shirt.
Our premium sustainable fabric is produced by LENZING™ in Europe, an industry leader in sustainability with over 80 years of experience with fabric innovation. The TENCEL™ Lyocell fibre is produced using an award-winning closed loop production process, which transforms wood pulp (sourced from Austria and neighbouring countries) into cellulosic fibres with high resource efficiency and low environmental impact. Originally specialising in mens shirts, they continue to uphold the values and traditions that have been passed down through generations.
